WE Foundation day celebration with live telecast of the inspirational speech of Honorable PM on BHIM-Adhar based- application from Nagpur with theme based cultural program and women entrepreneur award distribution was organized in the city of Ahmedabadhonorable Mayor and all dignitaries from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Shri P.K. Parmar IAS, Addl. Chief Secretary of GoG, Smt. Avantika Singh IAS, Collector of Ahmedabad, Shri V.S. Khichi, GM, Dena Bank blessed the program. Eminent dignitariestook part in program followed by girl child and women empowerment based cultural program with melodious songs performed by SHG members.

Women Empowerment Day celebration with three days SakhiMela is being organized jointly by GoG, AMC, Collectorate, Ahmedabad and WEC at Arved Transcube Plaza, Ranip, Ahmedabad.Honorable Minister of Women and Child Welfare, Smt. Nirmalaben Wadhwani, GoG, Honorable Dy. Mayor, Smt. Pramodaben Sutaria and other dignitaries from GoG, AMC, Collectorate and WEC was remaining present. SHG Women from different part of city took part in function and also displayed their artisan products for selling.
